Join our growing wellness & aesthetics team!

We are looking for a friendly, professional, energetic, and motivated team member to join our growing wellness clinic.

We are open to candidates interested in a Front Office/Patient Coordinator position and/or Medical Assistant role, depending on experience and qualifications.

What you’ll be doing:

Welcoming and checking in patients

Scheduling appointments and managing patient communication

Answering phones, texts, and emails
Assisting with patient intake and room preparation

Taking vital signs and assisting with clinical needs (MA role)

Supporting weight-loss, hormone, wellness, IV and aesthetic services

Assisting providers during patient visits and procedures

Maintaining a clean, organized, professional environment

Providing an exceptional patient experience from check-in to checkout

Helping with social media/marketing and clinic promotions is a plus!

We’re looking for someone who is:
✨ Warm, personable & professional
✨ Organized and dependable
✨ Comfortable interacting with patients
✨ A team player with a positive attitude
✨ Detail-oriented and able to multitask
✨ Interested in wellness, aesthetics & preventative health
✨ Comfortable working in a fast-paced growing practice

Medical Assistant candidates:
Certification/clinical experience preferred. Experience with hormones, weight management, IV therapy, aesthetics, or medical spa services is a plus.

Front Office candidates:
Medical office, med spa, wellness, or customer service experience preferred. Would prefer someone who can manage payments and collections along with management of our services and programs.

Today we are mourning the heartbreaking and tragic loss of our dear friend and CPA, Jay Holbert — a man who was such an important part of our business and a friend for more than 30 years.

Over the decades, he was not only someone we trusted professionally, but someone we loved personally. He celebrated our successes with us, encouraged us through challenges, and always believed in the dreams we carried in our hearts.

I will never forget the day Charlie and I sat in his office talking about the vision of opening our health and wellness practice. What felt overwhelming and uncertain to us, he met with encouragement, wisdom, and unwavering belief. He spoke with such confidence about what we could build and gently gave us the courage to take that leap of faith. That conversation became part of the foundation of the business and life we have today.

His impact on our family and our journey cannot be measured. He was the kind of person who made people feel supported, capable, and valued. His kindness, integrity, and friendship left a lasting mark on everyone fortunate enough to know him.

Losing him in such a tragic way makes this pain even harder to process. Our hearts are broken for his precious family, friends, clients, and all those whose lives he touched over so many years.

We are forever grateful for his friendship, his guidance, and the belief he had in us long before we fully believed in ourselves.

Thank you for being part of our story and Your legacy will live on in the lives and dreams you helped shape.

We are celebrating in Charleston today with this guy! Please help us congratulate our college graduate! Lance graduates with a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Management and a minor in Music, Worship, and Leadership from Charleston Southern University. Many may not know but he is a key member of our team who does so much for us behind the scenes. He also was integral part of starting our business and helping us build what we have today. We are grateful for him and so proud of all his many accomplishments. We will be cheering him on as he enters the next chapter in Charleston as faculty for the same University he graduated from while pursuing his MBA, with a focus in Health Care Administration. Congratulations to you Lance Daniel! We are so grateful to God for you! 💙
