The foliage season has been extra special this autumn. Not only was I surrounded by it here in the woods in Conway, Mass, but I also took some drives in the Berkshires for more expansive views. It was nice to experience all the joy among the tourists having a great time in nature. Nature is such good medicine. 🍁🍄‍🟫🍂

Just a few more weeks of equine therapy season. I’m also facilitating a few trainings as I transition into a winter practice. Come see me for reiki, trauma-informed yoga & sacred sexuality instruction, trainings, and retreats. I’m available in person and virtually. Just a few more slots available for yoga & reiki with horses. Schedule at www.ginambarrett.com/contact-gina
