WE NEED YOUR PATIENCE, UNDERSTANDING AND PLEASE FOLLOW THE RESTRICTION GUIDELINES FOR OUR REOPENING!
We will have a meeting to determine the operation hours of each Stylist to take care of your needs. With the restrictions from the Department of Health we're only allowed to reopen with a 30% station capacity!
The Arkansas Department of Health requires us to:
Document every client as well as Staff that comes in the salon:
Clients will need to check in at front desk then you will be asked to stay in vehicle until Stylist is ready for you after they have completed the enhanced SANITIZATION process required by Health Department.
When checking in the process preformed will be:
Take your temperature and record it, get contact information and be asked a few questions.
Please Wear mask when you enter and if service allows keep mask on if possible.
If you have temperature reading above 100.4 * you will have to rebook your appointment for 14 days from date recorded.
Salons are unable to accept Walk-Ins, so please call Salon or Stylist to have a booked appointment before entering.

This will be difficult and different at first but, WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER!

To all of our wonderful clients and customers of Jolaru Salon, We MISS YOU!
Thank you for being patient during our Covid-19 TEMPORARY closure directives from our Governor. On May 1 the Governor will announce the open date for Salons in Arkansas. There will be regulations from the Arkansas Dept of Health that we will be implementing to comply with the State. As we navigate through this together, we ask that when we are able to resume business, that you continue to have patience as we follow policy.
As soon as we are given the date to reopen Salon, your Stylist will be trying to get in touch with you to schedule your appointment or you may wish to contact them. There will be certain things that have to be done between clients such as extra sanitation procedures, that will be for everyone’s health protection. There may be a few questions you are asked when you enter to help insure the health of you and your Stylist.
Covid-19 has caused hardship throughout the world.
Together we will get through this! You are very important to us and over the years become our extended family. Local, small businesses need you now more than ever!

At this time the State has asked all Salons, Tattoo and Massage parlors to temporarily suspend operations.

The Jolaru family would like to reassure our clients that as soon as the State allows us to return, we will!

COVID-19 has changed day to day operations only temporarily, we will overcome this and our live will be normal again soon.

One thing positive out of this situation is that a lot of Families will take this time to reconnect and be stronger because of this!
