Life is filled with with ripples. Patterns. How do you navigate these? With resistance or with ease.

Rain in the early dark morning nestled in a song of peace. The air is cool and soft. A breeze sweeps over the plants. Sky bathed in blue white and grays. The crows cawing. The mockingbird bringing its song across the winds. A field of green dotted with golden wildflowers, queen annes lace ferns. And the air broken by the sound of a siren.
Reflections in the water remind me to reflect. Not on the past but on what is in this present moment. And as the soft breeze ripples the puddles a reminder that even in reflection there are ripples of thoughts.
And then the yellow light of the sun cuts open the clouds and the hues of color change. Oh what beauty shines.
Practice is not just about following breath. But is also noticing what is. Taking the moments gifted to us to pause and be grateful for what is.

At some point you realize certain relationships are suppose to die. The need to keep these is an attachment to social constructs. Not reality. Letting a relationship go is best for your wellbeing. Not addressing the “elephant in the room” causes a toxic environment in your body.

As this plant I assumed was dead and gone I removed all the dead branches but not the entire root system.
And it brought new life.
