For years, I've supported women navigating fibroids, painful cycles, pregnancy loss, hysterectomy, and menopause.

But these women taught me something deeper.

They weren't just bringing their bodies to me. They were bringing their stories, emotions, experiences, and spiritual questions.

The womb is more than physical. For many women, it also carries emotional, ancestral, creative, and spiritual meaning.

And a woman's connection to her womb doesn't end with menopause or hysterectomy.

I’m bringing eight women to the river for a guided experience of sacred washing, prayer, and offerings to the water deities.

Together, we’ll enter the washing with intention—taking time to acknowledge what we’ve carried, what we’re ready to release, and what we’re asking to welcome into our lives.

Then we’ll return to Sacred Works for a shared meal and conversation, allowing time to settle and reflect before heading home.
