🚫 Myth: You should avoid all trunk rotation during pregnancy.

✅ Truth: Gentle trunk rotation is not only safe for most pregnancies, it's often beneficial! As your baby grows, your ribs and spine need to stay mobile to accommodate changes in posture, breathing, and movement.

Keeping your mid back and ribs moving well can help create space for baby, improve breathing mechanics, reduce stiffness, and keep you feeling more comfortable throughout pregnancy.

As always, modify with pillows and extras to move within a comfortable range.
