A gentle reminder about our cancellation policy 🤍

We completely understand that life happens — kids get sick, schedules shift, and unexpected situations come up. At the same time, appointment times are reserved specifically for each client and are often difficult to refill on short notice.

Cancellation fees are never meant to be punitive. They help protect the time, preparation, and one-on-one care that goes into each session while also supporting the sustainability of a small business and allowing us to continue providing individualized care to our clients.

We truly appreciate everyone who gives as much notice as possible when needing to cancel or reschedule. Thank you for supporting small businesses and respecting the time reserved for your care 🤍

Tune in tomorrow morning at 7:00AM! What a fun opportunity it was to chat with Dr. Mabry and Dr. Lee about pelvic health.

Drs. Emily Lee and Jennifer Mabry sit down with Dr. Sarah Apple of Happy Pelvis Therapy to discuss pelvic floor health and the role of pelvic floor therapy in overall wellness. Dr. Apple shares her journey from occupational therapy at UT Chattanooga to specializing in pelvic floor care after a student-led project sparked her interest. She explains common conditions such as urinary incontinence and bowel leakage, while also addressing how hydration and daily habits impact bladder health. The conversation also works to debunk common myths and misconceptions about pelvic floor therapy and highlights who can benefit from treatment.

Local Matters airs on News Talk 94.1, Thursday at 7 AM.

This is one of my favorite exercises to teach mamas 🤍

“Hug the baby” is simple, but so powerful, not to mention how beneficial it is for your core. During pregnancy, your abs naturally start to “check out” as they lengthen to make room for your growing baby. That’s why it becomes more important than ever to reconnect with your deep core.

The earlier you build that connection, the better, because baby gets heavyyyy 😅

Think of it this way, your baby is part of your resistance training. Let’s make sure your body knows how to support that load 💪

Feeling like your core is MIA during pregnancy or postpartum? Book a free consultation and lets chat about it 🤍

😆I asked chat for an unhinged bio, here's what it had to say...

"Sarah Apple: pelvic floor whisperer by day, chaos coordinator by night, and full-time advocate for the radical idea that women deserve to function without peeing when they sneeze.

Built a business out of telling people to breathe correctly and relax muscles they didn’t know existed—then somehow made it empowering instead of awkward. Equal parts doctor, hype woman, and “no, that’s not normal actually” truth-teller.

Runs on caffeine, postpartum rage (the productive kind), and a deep personal vendetta against the phrase “that’s just part of being a mom.”

Will talk about core connection at any social event.
Will absolutely analyze your posture mid-conversation.
Will fix your pelvic floor… whether you asked or not.

CEO of Happy Pelvis.
Enemy of normalized dysfunction.
Probably reminding you to unclench your jaw right now."
