As NACDS Total Store Expo wraps up in Boston, we're heading home with full notebooks and a lot to think about.
One theme ran through nearly every conversation at our booth this week: for retailers and brand owners, supply chain resilience has moved from talking point to top priority. The questions were consistent — Can you scale with us? Can you keep us compliant? Can you get product to shelf on time, every time?
