If you’ve been doing everything “right” and still don’t feel like yourself, there’s usually a reason. It is not a lack of discipline.

A lot of people I work with are consistent, informed, and genuinely putting in the effort. They are eating well, exercising, taking supplements, and trying to take care of themselves, and still dealing with fatigue, bloating, hormone issues, or just a lingering sense that something is off. At a certain point, it stops feeling random. It starts feeling frustrating.

What is often missing is not more effort. It is better information. You can be eating well and not actually absorbing nutrients. You can be working out regularly and still have underlying imbalances. You can look healthy on paper and still have a system that is under stress. When you actually look deeper, patterns start to show up: Low iron, subtle thyroid dysfunction, cortisol imbalances, gut issues affecting absorption, etc. Suddenly, it makes sense.

If this resonates and you are tired of guessing, you do not have to keep trying to figure it out on your own. Comment READY or DM me READY and let’s start getting real answers.

After working with so many people on medications like Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, and Zepbound, I kept seeing the same thing… there was a huge gap in support. Because while these medications can be powerful tools, they don’t teach you how to nourish your body, protect your metabolism, or build habits that last.

Without that strategy, it’s easy to end up feeling fatigued, losing muscle, dealing with gut issues, low motivation, and even gaining the weight back.

Beyond the Shot is a 12-week clinical support program designed to guide you on and off GLP-1s with a food-first, sustainable approach. I’ll show you what to eat, how to move, how to support your metabolism and how to shift the mindset and behaviors that create real, long-term results. You don’t have to figure this out alone.

Coming off GLP-1s? This is the part no one really prepares you for

It’s easy to think it’s just about eating less and keeping the weight off, but your body is doing so much more behind the scenes. These medications help quiet hunger and stabilize blood sugar, but they don’t rebuild the deeper metabolic systems that actually support long term results.

Things like insulin sensitivity, muscle mass, stress, and metabolic flexibility all play a role, and when they’re not addressed, the body can slowly drift back into old patterns once the medication is reduced or stopped. The truth is, the real work often begins after the weight loss.

In this episode, I walk you through what’s actually happening beneath the surface and how to approach this transition in a more thoughtful, sustainable way.

You know that feeling when you’re doing everything “right”, eating clean, taking your supplements, trying to manage stress but you still don’t feel like yourself? Yeah… that’s usually not a willpower problem. More often than not, it comes back to the gut.

Because your gut isn’t just digesting food, it’s where your body absorbs nutrients, regulates your immune system, and even influences your mood. So when there’s inflammation there, your body can’t really use what you’re giving it, no matter how “healthy” things look on the outside.

That’s why things like low energy, brain fog, hormone imbalances, or constant inflammation don’t just randomly show up, they’re signals. And a lot of the time, they’re pointing straight back to the gut.

So instead of chasing symptoms, it might be time to start asking a better question… what’s actually going on at the root?

A new episode is out, and we’re diving into what’s really happening in menopause, especially when it comes to cholesterol and that shift toward belly fat, because despite what most women are told, it’s not just about “gaining weight.”

What’s actually happening is a change in fat distribution driven by hormonal shifts, where estrogen once helped direct fat storage into the hips and thighs — areas that are more metabolically quiet and less inflammatory, but as estrogen declines, that signaling changes and fat is more likely to be stored around the abdomen, where it behaves very differently and is more closely tied to inflammation and insulin resistance.

So it’s not simply that weight is increasing, it’s that the metabolic environment is shifting, and that distinction matters.

In this episode, we break down what’s actually happening in midlife physiology and how to approach it in a smarter, more strategic way, rather than just reacting to the numbers. Listen on YouTube and all podcast platforms. Link in bio!

Cholesterol doesn’t just go up out of nowhere, but most of the time that’s exactly how it’s treated, with a number changing, a prescription getting handed over, and the deeper question never really being asked… why did it change in the first place?

Because more often than not, it’s not just about cholesterol, it’s blood sugar that’s been unstable for a while, stress that hasn’t let up, sleep that’s been off longer than you realize, and a body that’s been quietly adapting to all of it.

Your labs aren’t random, they’re reflecting what’s happening underneath, and lowering the number doesn’t actually address what’s driving it. When you start supporting the body by stabilizing blood sugar, building muscle, and creating space for recovery, things begin to shift, not because you forced the numbers to change, but because you changed the environment they came from.
