Thehotline.org shares a lot of powerful information about child abuse and domestic violence.

Abuse is a pattern of behavior where one person is wanting to get all the power and control over the other.

I'm hoping we can dispel some of these myths.

This therapist went to to release stressed and this happened. Therapists already have a lot of stress. But being black or BIPOC therapist has an extra set of challenges. It took me a while to feel better.
