Great supplement if:

✔️ you are losing weight
✔️ you are gaining muscle
✔️ you are sleep deprived
✔️ you are depressed
✔️ you want better memory - including Alzheimer's patients!

Things to keep in mind with creatine:
⚠️ Some people notice stomach cramping or bloating when consumed within 1-2 hours of caffeine
⚠️Not all creatine is created equally - ensure the creatine you choose is third party tested.
⚠️ Your muscles need 5-10g of creatine, but if you want the benefits for your brain you need 15-20g (your muscles will always grab up the first 5-10g). Higher doses can cause stomach discomfort or diarrhea, so if high dosing for the brain, consume about 5g at each meal.

Who should avoid creatine?
❌ People with pre-existing kidney of liver disease should consult their doctor first.
❌ Pregnant or breastfeeding women - due to limited research done on pregnant and breastfeeding women, it's generally advised to avoid
❌ Children- due to lack of research, it is unknown how creatine affects children.

Just like going to work, brushing your teeth, paying bills, grocery shopping... not every activity is fun, but there are activities that NEED to get done, so you just get them done.

Strength training should be no different.

AND you can MAKE it funner by working out with a friend or family member or playing your favorite music.

Plus using a positive mindset is helpful. Tell yourself you enjoy challenging your body with heavier weights every week or certain moves or that you are proud of the way your body moves with ease in and out of the gym. 💪

Coughs are annoying.
But they’re not random.

A cough is your body doing something on purpose.

Productive cough → clearing mucus
Dry cough → often needs moisture
Lingering cough → needs deeper lung + immune support

The problem is most options just try to stop the cough.

But stopping it doesn’t always support what your body is trying to do.

Sometimes it just needs the right kind of help:

• Fresh pineapple juice → helps calm inflammation
• Raw honey → soothes and coats irritated throats
