Words cannot express how much joy this program brings me.
I created this as an assignment of my 500 RYT training but it continues to grow into something more special every year.
The mission of my Beginner's Path to Yoga Wellness is
Accessibility,
Whole person wellness,
Respect for the tradition & lineage, Yoga on AND off the mat.

I'm excited to share my newest offering Movement For Mental Wellness!!!!

An intentionally small group focused on mindfulness and simple movements to calm the nervous system an increase resiliency.

This offering is FREE to the community. Donations to support the continuation of this work are welcome, but not necessary.

Four part workshop starting in June.

The group is intentionally small, so it's important that you save your spot.

Beginners Path to Yoga & Wellness!

This 8-part workshop is thoughtfully created for beginners, but accommodates any level of yoga practice. This holistic program focuses on healthy movement, mindfulness, and foundational yoga teachings to improve overall well-being. Together, we will create a supportive environment that fosters both physical and mental wellness

Big feelings. Lower energy. So today, I’m choosing rest.

I’m also choosing to talk about what’s happening in my body and emotions.
Our kids may not understand hormones, grief, burnout, politics, — but they understand tone, energy, and honesty.
They’re listening.
Even when they don’t fully understand.

Resting. Regulating. Modeling that big feelings are safe. 🤍
