Pelvic pain ≠ Weak pelvic floor muscles
Pelvic pain does not automatically mean you need more Kegels.
Sometimes the pelvic-floor muscles are already tense and have difficulty relaxing.
That tension may contribute to pain in the pelvis, lower abdomen, tailbone, or during s*x.
That’s why pelvic-floor treatment isn’t one-size-fits-all. We assess muscles length, strength, tension, coordination, breathing, and surrounding muscles to determine what your body actually needs.
We’ve helped many women with similar problems.
