Sometimes, in our humanness, the lower-vibrational thoughts that make up our shadow side get so loud that we must address them before we can connect to the light and truth within our soul and let our higher self lead.

It's not always easy to "see the forest for the trees" on your own. Sometimes things are so hidden, or so familiar, that it helps to have someone who can see what may be hiding and help you uncover and understand it, so you can heal and shift it.

I'm following a prompting that feels as insane as when I was prompted to jump out of an airplane in 2016.

To do 30 sessions in 30 days with 30 different people I haven't seen in at least six months for just $30 a session. 😳 🤷‍♀️

It reminds me of when I received a strong prompting to go skydiving in 2016.

I know it was a prompting because it was something that I would NEVER tell myself to do!

I felt that God must have something to teach me from this experience, so I decided to trust the crazy thought I had and scheduled the appointment.



When I walked into the hangar, no one told me what the steps were to jump out of the airplane or how to get safely to the ground.



I was just asked to sign a paper stating that my family or I would not sue them if I got hurt or killed. 😬



Then, they handed me my harness and super cute (not) hat, and then the guy I was going to tandem with asked me to follow him and board the plane.



I realized after I made it safely back to the ground that God knows I'm stubborn and that I learn best through experience.



So this experience taught me in real time that God only shows me my next step--not the whole staircase- and only when I am willing to "free-fall" and take it, do I get the next one.

So, here I go!

The next 30 people whom I haven't seen in six months who schedule a 60-minute session will only pay $30 for their session.



There are only three criteria:

-You must be 21 or older.
-You can use it for an Energy Session or Mediumship reading (sometimes it is both 😊.)
-You must be comfortable if something karmic (Meaning there is trapped energy from a previous lifetime that is affecting your ability to live your truth) comes up, and be open to explore what it could be. (This is something that has started occurring in sessions in the last six months and has helped explain why someone has a phobia they can't explain.)


I want to make clear that your spirit, which has all of your information from this moment backward, and the Spirit are in charge of the session, and will let you know if what I am sensing feels right or not.

We all know how powerful our beliefs are in creating the lives we want.

The tricky part? Knowing which beliefs are actually running the show.

Today I worked with a woman who’s been divorced for five years and feels ready for a new relationship. She’s done so much healing work so she won’t repeat old patterns.
She’s gotten crystal clear on the kind of man she wants and what her deal breakers are.

The moment she heard me say it, she knew it was true. And just like that, fear of putting herself out there began to lose its grip.

Every limiting belief you unravel brings you one step closer to who your soul has always known you to be.

I used to think wholeness is something I’d finally find someday. After the next breakthrough. After the next healing. After I figure myself out a little more. But after 15 years of personal development work, I have realized that wholeness isn’t something you arrive at once and then keep forever.
