Workout modalities:
In-person training: for both one-on-one private sessions in Erin’s Home Studio in Coral Gables, Miami (ZIP 33134), groups workouts classes in locations specified locations in the same area. Via Zoom:
• One-on-one live private sessions or open group remote classes
• Access to a library of on-demand videos of Erin-Y’s different programs
• Tailor-made programs for individual needs designed to train at the client’s convenience
Therapies:
• Gait analysis: Understand the paramount importance and repercussions of how you stand, walk, and run.
• Myofascial release: Focus on treating the fascia, improving oxygen, blood, and lymphatic circulation by stimulating the stretch reflex in muscles. It eases post-exercise pain.
• Percussion therapy: Ease the muscles out of tension providing relief to superficial and deep muscle fibers. Health coaching: Erin’s approach is to set SMART goals for you, defining a strategy to actively and safely engage in your health behavior changes through nutrition and training. Through Erin-Y’s app, you can access your data to follow your progress, try customized weekly meal plans with shopping lists and work with tools to assure you are staying on track. Since clients will be able to touch base with Erin regularly, her continued presence on the app makes it unique and effective.

I’ve been quieter than usual lately, and I want to be honest about why.
I’ve been living my life. Which is, not coincidentally, exactly what I designed The Vitalité Experience to help other women do.
This October — October 2 through 7 — I’m taking a small group of women to a private Chateau in Cannes, France. It’s been in the works for months. The Chateau is extraordinary. The itinerary is the best thing I’ve ever put together. And I keep not talking about it loudly enough because I keep assuming the right women will find it.
But that’s not how it works. So here I am, saying it clearly.
Five days on the French Riviera. Movement and fitness sessions I lead personally — Pilates, strength training, corrective exercise, mobility work. Daily wellness conversations about longevity, recovery, and how to actually feel good long-term. A private boat excursion where we drop anchor and swim in the Mediterranean. An energetic and yet relaxing beach club on the Côte d’Azur. A hike through a medieval hilltop village. A private chef cooking healthy, nourishing local foods, setting up and cleaning up after you.
October is the sweet spot — summer is winding down, the kids are back in school, the Riviera belongs to almost no one, and the light is the most beautiful it will be all year.
