Day 1 of my 5 Day Protein Reset! Feeling great and enjoying it. They were not kidding when they said "It's not what you lose, it's waht you gain". So easy. Everything you need in the box for 5 days- although I encourage you to add some extras. What's your plan for a healthier 2026?

Why will our health be different AND BETTER in 2026? For most Ameruicans, it's downhill every year. On Monday I'm starting the proven 5 Day Protein Reset. Most "resets" or "cleanses" don't give us the protein we need to fuel our muscles, expecially when we work out, which a lot of people do (for the 1st 3 weeks of the year at least🤣). What's your plan to make 2026 your healthiest year yet?

Yes! I'm making simple easy dinners. I make 2 versions of this dinner- Italian and "sort of greek", which I'm doing tonight. I mit Eggplant, onion, Canned tomatoes ( with chiles?" , sliced kalamata olives garlic, evoo, oregano, red pepper flakes and veggie broth together, and let it simmer. ( the Italian version skips the kalamatas and uses Italian seasoning instead of Oregano. Feel free to add Sliced green olives but they aren't a staple ingredient in our house) When that's cooked i add 2 cod fillets(or white fish of your choice) for about 6-10 minutes and serve it with cauliflower rice.
