Day 1 of my 5 Day Protein Reset! Feeling great and enjoying it. They were not kidding when they said "It's not what you lose, it's waht you gain". So easy. Everything you need in the box for 5 days- although I encourage you to add some extras. What's your plan for a healthier 2026?

Why will our health be different AND BETTER in 2026? For most Ameruicans, it's downhill every year. On Monday I'm starting the proven 5 Day Protein Reset. Most "resets" or "cleanses" don't give us the protein we need to fuel our muscles, expecially when we work out, which a lot of people do (for the 1st 3 weeks of the year at least🤣).
