Your own private suite, equipped with everything you need to reset. Every Contrast Therapy session includes an infrared sauna, cold plunge, and shower, all within the same private space.

Everything inside your suite is designed to make the experience your own, from ALO Wellness Club’s Contrast Series breathwork to guide you through your session, to a Hyperice Hypervolt to work out any soreness, and LE LABO Fragrances shower products to finish your session. Plus, our saunas are Bluetooth-enabled, so you can put on a podcast, meditation, or your favorite playlist.
