“I could never do acupuncture. I hate needles.”

We hear this one a lot. 😅

But here’s the thing: needle sensitivity and acupuncture pain aren’t the same thing.

Acupuncture needles are extremely thin, and the sensation is usually very different from getting an injection or having blood drawn.

You might feel a brief sensation when a needle is inserted, but acupuncture shouldn’t be a painful experience.
