Claudia's Gentle Yoga

Claudia's Gentle Yoga I am a yoga student and teacher who is certified by the Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT 200 Experienced Registered Yoga teacher.

My classes are hatha yoga classes that are perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike. We start each class with pranayama (breath control) and then move into a gentle yet challenging asana (yoga poses) practice. All of my classes end with a guided meditation that includes aromatherapy for your senses. Come and enjoy the peaceful feeling that yoga can bring.

Hello Everyone!

I hope you are all well and happy. I am posting this to let you know that yoga classes will be back up and running starting Saturday March 5 on Zoom. There will be some changes and I wanted to let you know ASAP.

Classes will still be held on Saturdays at 10:30. New pricing will be in effect at that time. Everyone who is signed up for the month will get links to attend and links to the class recording. Classes recordings will be available for a full week. This way you can come to class (or not) and get a recording that can be done multiple times per week. Classes will be $40 per month and that will be due to be paid before the end of the previous month. This will include months that have 4 weeks or 5 weeks. If you choose to do a single class please let me know and pay by the Friday before class starts.
