Coming This Fall from Holly Maas (LISW, RYT-200):

Holly will be offering a 6 class series of Yoga-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Depression and Anxiety at Soul Centric! Step into a space of empowerment through the practice of movement, breath-work, meditation and other mindfulness-based techniques in this series designed to support your mental/emotional wellness and reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety.

UPDATES FROM NATALIE & LIFESTYLE HEALTH THERAPIES:

We have been having a great time for Gentle and Beginner Yoga Classes at Soul Centric on Tuesdays (10-11am) and Saturdays (11-12pm)! Please Note: in person class option is dependent on availble space and pre-registration for all classes is required (no drop-in options at this time).

Other services that are currently available: Private Physical Therapy evaluation/treatment and private and group Pain Coaching Classes.
