You can’t deny the evidence. Especially on the last slide. If you want to be dead sexy and be free from pain, DM me EDGE & I’ll help you get there.

If you’re sick of generic rehab programs or trying to figure it out yourself (probably a better option than going to a generic PT) but honestly just spinning your wheels, DM me “Edge” & I’ll give you a couple actionable steps while you’re deciding what to do next.

Foam rolling before the WOD. Stretching for 20 minutes after. Avoiding the movements that hurt. Getting an MRI to finally find “the real problem.” Downloading some rehab exercises from Instagram.

Sound familiar?

None of these are stupid ideas. I’ve tried most of them myself. But if you’ve been doing all of them and you’re still stuck — they’re not the answer.

Tight hips aren’t the cause of your back pain. They’re a symptom. A Theragun can’t fix a loading problem. An MRI shows structure, not function — most people over 30 have “findings” that mean nothing. And random Instagram rehab doesn’t know your lifts, your volume, or why you specifically broke down.

CrossFit athletes don’t get better with generic fixes. You train too specifically for that.

The athletes I work with had usually tried all of this before they found me. What actually moved the needle was figuring out why it happened — and building a plan around their training, not instead of it.

If you’re still stuck, DM me “STUCK” and I’ll take a look.

Honestly not that hot of a take.

For real though, if you’ve been going to the same PT for weeks with no results (probably also can’t do 5 unbroken RMUs), it’s probably time to make a change.

Send this to a friend who needs to hear this.

If that’s you, DM me “EDGE” & I’d be happy to point you in the right direction.

Unfortunately I’m just not strong enough to do that. Would love to someday though.

For real though, if you are a CrossFit or Hyrox athlete who wants to get back to training the way you want to — pain free, I’d love to help you. DM me “EDGE” & I’ll get you a plan.

Most CrossFit athletes don’t need more PT appointments.
They need a better plan to keep training while injured.

That’s why I switched from pay-per-visit to a membership model focused on support between sessions — not just time spent in the clinic.

Comment “TRAIN” if you want to keep working out without constantly restarting rehab.

• Do 12 strict pull-ups pain free
• Recover fast enough to train 4–5 days/week
• Wake up without feeling “wrecked” from yesterday’s workout
• Run a sub-7:30 mile

Because once you hit your 30s and 40s, fitness is no longer just about capacity.

It’s about capacity + durability

A lot of athletes can still push hard for one workout.
Very few can stay strong, mobile, explosive, and relatively pain free year after year.

That’s the difference between training hard… and actually holding onto athleticism long term.

Which one are you closest to right now?

Is it necessary that I post rehab and training memes on Instagram? No but it’s sterile & I like the taste.

Most CrossFit athletes make the same mistake when pain shows up

If you’ve been dealing with pain during lifting, running, gymnastics, or workouts and you’re tired of guessing what to modify…

DM me the word “MOVE” and I’ll tell you the first thing I’d change based on your situation.
