Hello peops, it’s almost summer☀️! And with it comes time for me to address my “absence”.
I did (and do) still open my Instagram from time to time, but I decided to step back on posting for many reasons.

We had a major flood in my home 2 days before we were to welcome in 2021. Two floors of my house ruined and a 6 month major renovation of my home, everything packed in pods. Right after that, we lost our beautiful fur baby 💔Cooper who was just weeks away from his 11th birthday. A family member had some very scary health issues at the same time, and we’re still dealing with some of those now. To say I was overwhelmed was an understatement. Everyday I had to juggle who was coming to the house to do what/when. I lived in one upstairs bedroom. I had to board my 3 dogs away for over a month once they started with the main floor.

My energy therapy business had just been moved into my finished basement as the pandemic started, so that had been on halt…and then the flood that took out so much of my healing items (all my training certificates, singing bowls rusted, mallets soaked & unusable…and many other things) that have made it impossible for me to facilitate sessions in person. My basement still looks like we just moved in😆!

However I do know everything happens for a reason, and I’m sure things will unfold as they should. I know the universe has a far greater plan than my own, and so I release my expectations of what I thought that was going to be and look towards what may be possible in the future. As of now I’ll be using my page for more personal reasons since I cannot do my energy therapy sessions in person. Those wishing to get distance sessions can contact me, however even in that I am still limited, as some of my tools were destroyed and/or buried in boxes.

🌺Progress does not happen overnight. Soul growth can feel...uncomfortable😩 (to say the least). Give yourself permission to feel ‘not ok’. You don’t need to have it all figured out right now (take it from me). It may feel bad when you aren’t feeling your best. Perhaps you feel stuck. Perhaps you’ve experienced a loss of momentum. Maybe your whole world got “shook up” and you’re now standing in the middle of the ruins saying “now what?” 🤷‍♀️.
Well, the good news is the only thing that doesn’t change is change💫 (you can always count on it 😉). You WILL NOT be in this place forever. So give yourself a break. Allow yourself to acknowledge and process your feelings. Working through them is the best way to the other side. And you WILL get through this. There will be better days🌤.
Know that although you may not have a bud on your stem right now, another flower 🌸 will bloom. You just have to cultivate the soil a bit🌱. So take some time and figure out what can do that for you. Go within🧘🏻‍♀️. Then practice patience and wait for the growth. You may be surprised on how far you’ve come when you look back👀. 🙏❤️

I’m sure some of you have noticed I haven’t been posting “business” related photos on Instagram (and I’ve basically taken a Facebook break, as it’s a bit more energetically draining). I am currently deciding which direction my business will take. I did officially have to vacate my Coram office months ago😢.
So for right now, I will be doing distance healing sessions only. Not sure if I will be taking any new clients in the future. Current clients may contact me to discuss when I will be opening up in-person sessions.

❤️We need to remember that as the world🌎 starts to slowly open up again, there ARE still people getting sick. There are still people worried about their health. There are still people out there who lost their family members😢.
Let’s all try to respect each other during this time and the easiest way to do that is to LOVE💗. Spread love and compassion.
How can we all do that? It could be as simple as asking someone what they are comfortable with and would they like you to wear a mask. Maybe you have elderly or compromised family/neighbors/friends and it would help if you could pick up groceries from the store for them. Maybe it’s just making someone’s day a little more special in some way💐. We could all use a little more love 💚 in our lives, especially at a time when the energy of the world still vibrates⚡️with fear. ❤️
