The key to sticking with your meal plan is having options so you don’t feel like you’re eating the same thing day after day.

That’s where the 2|2|2 Method comes in:

✅ Choose 2 protein options for the week
✅ Choose 2 carb sources for the week
✅ Choose 2 fruits and/or vegetables for the week

Mix and match them to create different meals without overcomplicating things.

Example:

* Proteins: Chicken, Ground Turkey
* Carbs: Rice, Potatoes
* Fruits/Veggies: Broccoli, Berries

Now you can build multiple meals from the same ingredients while keeping grocery shopping, meal prep, and tracking simple.

Not perfection.

Today’s focus: CRAVINGS ARE DATA 👀

Cravings are not just about “lack of willpower.”

A lot of cravings are connected to:
😴 poor sleep
🍽️ under-eating
💧 dehydration
😵 stress
📉 blood sugar crashes
🥤 too much quick sugar without balance

Your body is always giving feedback.

✨ Today’s challenge:
When a craving hits today, pause and ask:
- Am I actually hungry?
- Did I eat enough protein?
- Have I had water?
- Am I stressed or tired?
- What did I eat earlier?

This challenge was never about being perfect.
It was about becoming more aware of what helps your body FEEL better.

And hopefully showing you that healthy habits do not have to feel extreme 💛
