Today is National Dress in Blue 💙 Day for Colon Cancer Awareness!!
My Power Hour Class didn’t only raise awareness, but we also showed love and support to our very own Lisa Edmond (pictured in the center behind me). She is a Colon Cancer Survivor 🙌🏾 and we thank God for her cheerful, nurturing spirit that she brings to this class. We love you and are forever grateful to have you as a part of True Fitness 💙💪🏾
