WE’RE HIRING 💛🌿

As Uplift Skin & Body continues to grow, we’re looking for a part time patient care coordinator to join our team!

This is an important role within our medspa and we’re looking for someone who truly feels like the right fit for our team and our patients. Our front desk is often the first person a patient speaks to and the first face they see when they walk through our doors, so we’re looking for someone who can represent Uplift with the same warmth and level of care we want our patient to experience every time they visit.

Our ideal person is personable, dependable, professional, organized and confident talking with people. We’d love someone who takes initiative, pays attention to the little things, communicates well and can see something that needs to be done and jump in without always having to be asked.

A typical day may include:

• Greeting and checking in patients
• Answering phones and messages
• Scheduling and managing appointments
• Checking patients out
• Helping with retail sales and product purchases
• Assisting with social media and content
• Keeping the front desk and common areas organized
• Light day to day chores and practice upkeep
• Helping our providers as needed
• Most importantly, making sure every patient feels welcomed and taken care of

Schedule: Monday's and Wednesday's | 9:45AM–6PM and every other Saturday 9:45AM-2PM
Part-time with room for growth | Approximately 10–20 hours/week | In person

Experience in a spa, salon, front desk, retail, or customer service setting is a plus, but personality, reliability, judgement, work ethic and willingness to learn are extremely important to us. We’re happy to teach the right person the ins and outs of the position.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy and being part of a team. During slower moments, we’re looking for someone who naturally finds ways to help, straighten up, get ahead on tasks or ask what they can take off someone else’s plate.
