What if you could get your patient meaningful sleep data, without waiting weeks? 👀

That’s one of the reasons we love having PranaQ as an Airway Circle Partner.

Their TipTraQ™ home sleep apnea testing system gives dental providers a simple, wire-free way to get patients connected to home sleep testing right away.

FDA-cleared. Reusable. AI-scored. Built specifically with dental sleep medicine in mind.
With multi-night data and cloud-based workflows, TipTraQ can support providers in:
→ Screening for sleep-disordered breathing
→ Guiding oral appliance titration
→ Monitoring treatment
→ Connecting patients with sleep physicians when needed

Because the right tools shouldn’t make airway care more complicated—they should make it more actionable.

And PranaQ just updated how they work with clinicians and providers. Want to see what’s changed?

What happens when you change the position of the tongue? 👀

One simple clinical observation can reveal a lot.
In this clip from Thursday Night LIVE last week, Dr. Stefano Colasanto demonstrates two simple movements:
1️⃣ Open and close the mouth freely.
2️⃣ Repeat the movement with the tongue resting on the palate.
Then listen.

For many patients, the clicking or TMJ noises can change when tongue position changes.

So what does that tell us about the relationship between tongue posture, jaw movement, and the TMJ?
It’s a small observation—but it can open the door to a much bigger clinical conversation.

Airway Aware is just getting started! ✨

Our first in-person event showed us just how powerful it is to bring clinicians together for intimate, hands-on education, real cases, and meaningful connection.

Now, we’re looking ahead…

More professionals.
More relevant sponsors and industry partners.
More Airway Circle members.
More opportunities to bring Airway Aware closer to you.

A huge thank you to our incredible partners who helped make this first event possible: Intake Breathing, PranaQ, Partners Dental Solutions, Spark Aligners, Rocky River Orthodontics, and Neirman Practice Management. 💙

And we’re not stopping here.

We want to bring Dr. Clemens Paffenholz and Renata to communities across the country.

📍 Where should we go next?

IT’S AIRWAY AWARE DAY! ✨

After months of planning, preparing, and bringing this vision to life, Airway Aware starts today!

Today, 20 clinicians come together in Cornelius for two immersive days of learning, collaboration, clinical discussion, and real-world application focused on pediatric airway, growth, development, and early intervention.

This isn’t just another CE course.

It’s an opportunity to ask questions, challenge the way we think, learn from one another, and look at our young patients through a new lens.

We’re so excited to welcome our attendees and presenters into the room!

Here’s to two days of meaningful conversations, new connections, and becoming even more Airway Aware. 🫶

“When I see nasal valve collapse, I get excited.” 😂👃

In this clip from Thursday Night LIVE, Wes Balmer from our Airway Circle partner, Intake Breathing, talks about one of the things he sees all the time: nasal valve collapse during an exerted inhale.

After putting Intake Breathing on tens of thousands of people through trade shows and public events, Wes has seen firsthand how quickly people can notice a difference.

When someone demonstrates nasal valve collapse and then tries Intake Breathing, Wes says they often feel an immediate improvement in their nasal airflow.

It’s a great example of why learning to recognize nasal breathing challenges can be so valuable—not just for providers, but for the individuals experiencing them.

What happens when better nasal breathing becomes part of the sleep routine? 🌙

In this clip from Thursday Night LIVE, Wes Balmer from our Airway Circle partner, Intake Breathing, shares that more than 80% of their users report reductions in snoring.

But the conversation doesn’t stop at the first night.
Wes explains how Intake Breathing supports users through the process of habituating nasal breathing—because sometimes it takes more than one tool to create lasting change. Nasal hydration, mouth tape, and other supportive strategies may all be part of the journey.
The goal? Helping patients build better nasal breathing habits and experience the benefits of improved breathing during sleep. 🌿

🎥 Watch the full Thursday Night LIVE with Intake Breathing to learn more about their approach and how they support patients throughout that journey.

And as an Airway Circle partner, Intake Breathing has special offers available for our community.

Better airway care starts with connection. 🌿

Last week on Thursday Night LIVE, we welcomed Wes Balmer from our Airway Circle partner, Intake Breathing, for a conversation about nasal breathing, collaboration, and the importance of connecting across disciplines.

In this clip, Wes shares how Intake Breathing serves as a kind of “connective tissue”—bringing together ENTs, airway-focused dentists, myofunctional therapists, and other professionals while also helping bridge the connection between providers and patients.

Because when we share knowledge, protocols, and resources across disciplines, we create more value for both providers and the patients they serve.

This week’s presentation: “Tongue Tie, The Hidden Connections”

Tongue tie doesn’t exist in isolation. Dr. Colasanto brings together his expertise in dentistry, functional orthodontics, myofunctional therapy, and osteopathy to explore the connections between oral function, swallowing, malocclusion, TMJ disorders, and posture.

A co-author of The New Orthodontics and the Italian translator of Richard Baxter’s Tongue Tied, Dr. Colasanto is known for his multidisciplinary approach to understanding the relationship between the mouth and the rest of the body.

🔒 Thursday Night LIVE sessions are FREE to attend live!
But Airway Circle members receive exclusive access to the replay, our library of 200+ webinar recordings, CE opportunities, and a collaborative community of clinicians committed to advancing airway-centered care.
