Season 100 of Burn University.

There was a time when Burn existed only as a dream between the two of us. We used to tell people, "This company is going to change lives."

We believed it then, but standing here at Season 100, even we couldn't have fully imagined this!

Burn University has always been about bringing our Franchise Partners and Trainers together in the same room to learn, grow, challenge each other, and connect to the mission that brought us here in the first place. There is simply no substitute for being together!

A lot has changed from Season 1 to Season 100, but one thing has never changed: our commitment to getting better. Better for our members, better for our communities, and better for each other!💪

What makes us most proud is not how much Burn has grown. It's the people who continue to carry this mission forward every single day!

To every Franchise Partner, Trainer, and team member who has been part of this journey, thank you. Thank you for believing, for showing up, and for helping build something bigger than any of us could have imagined!!

I left that meeting still in CEO mode...

Mentally running through the next agenda item. Thinking about Q3. Replaying a conversation I should have handled differently.

And then I walked through the door.

My kids don't need the CEO or the strategist. They need mom 💙

In a world where we're always connected, it's easy to never fully switch off. The emails don't stop. The decisions don't pause. And if you're not intentional about it, you'll walk through your own front door still somewhere else...

Being present for my kids is a practice. Some days I'm better at it than others. But I'm learning that the most important thing I can do when I walk through that door is leave the other hats at it.

They just need mom and she's more than enough!

Sometimes I look at us and think about how crazy it is that we’ve been doing life together since we were 12 years old. We truly grew up together in every possible way. Kids with big dreams..building businesses, building a family, and building a life we once only talked about in quiet conversations years ago.

Now, watching one of Devan’s biggest dreams come to life after working toward it for so long feels emotional in a way I still can’t fully explain.

What people don’t always see behind moments like this are the silent moments at home after stressful days. The pressure, the tension, the exhaustion, the sacrifices. The moments where business spills into marriage and marriage spills into business. The hard conversations, the setbacks, the uncertainty, and the seasons where we wondered how much more we had left to give.

But somehow, through all of it, we always find our way to move through it together.

And maybe that’s why this hug meant so much to me.

Because it wasn’t really about the shoot, the accomplishment, or the milestone. It was about everything it took to get here. The hard seasons. The good times, and everything in between. The moments we wanted to quit, and the moments that reminded us why we never did.

Lately, I’ve been learning how important it is to slow down long enough to really feel the good moments when they come instead of rushing past them. To celebrate them. To be grateful for them.

And this was one of those moments I never want to forget.

Because at the end of it all, the greatest part of any dream coming true isn’t the achievement itself… it’s who you get to hold at the end of it. 💙

I'm not in the gym chasing a look. I'm here building something that lasts!

Strength that carries me through hard seasons, strength that shows my kids what it means to take care of yourself, strength that reminds me what I'm capable of.

The weights get heavier, the mindset gets sharper, and you start to realize the gym was never just about your body, it's about who you're becoming! 💙
