Tammy Bailey had a goal: complete the Camino de Santiago, a 71-mile pilgrimage walk over 6 days in Spain. The problem was Tammy had hip pain related to hip dysplasia and a labral tear, and could hardly walk 1 to 2 blocks before having to stop due to pain.

Tammy came to us in June, we put a plan in motion, she executed it, and 3 months later she accomplished her goal without any issues!

Bill is out of the clinic for a bit, traveling abroad and celebrating his oldest daughter before she heads off to college in a few weeks. Part of our travels take us to Greece, so what better place to check-in for all of our runners than Panathenaic Stadium - site of the first modern Olympics in 1896! This can now officially be considered a business trip (jk IRS 😬).

Today we say farewell to our friend Chris Lee. Chris is one of our many DART clients, a large group of diverse runners that you’ll see running the streets of Davidson daily. Chris first came to us in the winter of 2024, trying to get back to marathon training after a low back injury. Following a successful return, he has trusted us to support him through multiple other marathons since then, meeting his ever-challenging goals along the way.

Chris and his family are moving to Korea, where he’ll keep running and training - the next marathon is in September!

Thanks for giving us the opportunity to work with you, over the years Chris! We look forward to catching up next time you’re in LKN!
