We need to be living healthier. Mind, body and soul.
This vibrant young person died of breast cancer, folks. This is why I advocate so strongly against toxins and carcinogens. We are living in a toxic world. There’s so much we can’t control. But we can limit our exposure to the toxins surrounding us. And we can try to make the world a better, cleaner, less toxic place for our children.
Where do you start?
1. Try to buy organic. I know it’s hard to afford for many. Buying local from farmers is sometimes less expensive and often just as “clean.”
2. Eat fresh, whole, real foods as much as you can. Put the packaged foods back on the shelf.
3. Spend time meditating or sitting quietly and connecting with the divine or your higher self.
4. Move throughout the day. You may not have time to go to the gym. But walk or bike or scooter or do some stretching anyway. Park three blocks away and walk. Take the stairs not the elevator. Get up to change the channel on the television instead of using the remote.
5. Advocate for clean air and clean water and clean medicines. We have to get the carcinogens out of our environment.
We are living in a world that makes many susceptible humans sick. Let’s work together to improve it.
