It wasn't until I got older that I realized these intuitive gifts were something special, and something I was meant to share. My own hea

ling journey really began in my early twenties when I discovered energy work during a particularly challenging time in my life. The transformation I experienced was so profound that I knew I had to understand how this magic worked. What started as my own search for healing became my life's calling: helping others discover the incredible capacity for healing that lives within each of us. I'm a Certified Reiki Master-Teacher in the Usui Lineage, but my training goes far beyond just one modality. I've spent decades learning from amazing teachers and exploring different ways to support healing. You're not broken, and you don't need to be fixed. You have everything you need for healing already inside you—sometimes you just need someone to help you remember how to access it. Real healing isn't about putting a band-aid on symptoms. It's about getting to the heart of what's really asking for attention. Maybe that's an old emotional wound that's been affecting your physical health. Maybe it's energy that's been stuck since a difficult time in your life. Maybe it's simply a disconnection from your own inner wisdom. When we work together, we're not just addressing what's wrong—we're reconnecting you with what's already right and beautiful and whole about you.

Reiki is a Japanese energy-healing practice that uses gentle, intentional touch or hands held above the body as part of a practice centered around relaxation, awareness and connection.

And yes, Reiki can be learned.

But there’s a difference between reading about Reiki and actually learning how to practice it.

Working with energy can be subtle. It takes patience, practice and guidance to begin recognizing what you feel, trusting your own experience and learning how to be fully present without trying to force an outcome.

I’ve spent years practicing Reiki, working with people one-on-one and teaching students. In my classes, I don’t tell you what you’re supposed to feel.

I teach you the foundations, share what experience has taught me, answer your questions and give you the space to practice Reiki for yourself.

No previous experience is necessary (and you don't have to come in believing anything).

There’s something new in my healing space... and it’s not something you’ll find in many places!

I’m now offering Lucia Light sessions in person in Corona.

Lucia Light is a specialized light experience designed to support deep relaxation, meditation, self-reflection, and altered states of awareness through carefully patterned light. Because the technology is still relatively uncommon, very few practitioners offer this experience locally.

What makes it so fascinating is that every session is different. With your eyes closed, the light can create vivid colors, patterns, imagery, and a deeply meditative inner experience... all generated through your own brain and nervous system.

For me, it feels like a beautiful extension of the Reiki and energy work I already do: a way to help you quiet the outside world and create space for rest, insight, clarity, and connection.

I’ve opened my book starting this week, and I’m only able to offer a handful of Lucia Light appointments each week.
