Everyday I utilize the Daily Energy Routine by Donna Eden. I am almost complete with level 4 in Eden Method and so thrilled to be seeing more and more clients and witnessing their transformation. There is so much we each can do to feel better and increase our health and wellness. Come join me!
Every Tuesday & Thursday you can do the Daily Energy Routine with me on Zoom or in person prior to my weekly yoga classes. Just 15 minutes to feel better and take charge of yourself and your energy!

Happy Holidays❣️

Figure 8 patterns or crossovers strengthen you in powerful ways to be at your best. Simply reaching cross your body with one hand and giving that opposite shoulder a squeeze and then swiping it across to your hip and then the other side several times gives you energy, coordination and clear thinking.

What a journey these past 4 years have been as I am completing level 4 in the Eden Method. Such powerful teachings from Donna Eden and her amazing emissaries that transmit this beautiful information.
