•What to expect when you come to class on Monday morning at 11am for Power Yoga.
~Holding poses and flowing through vigorous sequences to gain deep muscle strength and the continuous movement acts as a form of cardio elevating your heart rate and increasing blood flow.

•Wednesday evening at 6:30pm : Slower paced practice where you hold poses for several breaths, making it ideal for both beginners and experienced practitioners.
