Your A1c can look perfect — and your insulin can still be a mess.

Fasting insulin is one of the cheapest, most underordered labs there is, and it starts climbing years before your blood sugar ever moves. More than 8 in 10 people with prediabetes have no idea they have it (CDC).

Ask for three things on the same draw: fasting insulin + fasting glucose + A1c.

Standard lab "normal" runs 2–25 µIU/mL. Functional/optimal is 2–6, with under 5 being ideal. Normal ≠ optimal.

Whether it's an inbound call, an email, or someone walking through our door, you make every interaction feel special.

What you'll do:
☀️ Welcome guests and create a calm, friendly atmosphere
☀️ Book appointments and answer calls and emails with a smile
☀️ Set up and guide clients through their red light therapy sessions
☀️ Keep the studio clean, comfortable, and welcoming
What we're looking for:
💛 Amazing people skills — a great listener and communicator
💛 A high school diploma or equivalent
💛 Calm under pressure and able to make smart decisions in a fast-paced setting
💛 Stellar phone presence (people can hear you smiling!)
💛 A professional appearance and demeanor
💛 A performance mindset — motivated by results and self-improvement
💛 Customer service, hospitality, sales, or service experience is a plus
💛 Bilingual is a plus!
We also prefer candidates able to pass a background screening and drug screen.
The details:
🕒 25 hours per week
💵 $11–$13/hour, depending on experience
😊 A fun, positive team that takes wellness seriously
