An Important Update
To my valued patients & potential patients ,
I want to personally share that I have recently been diagnosed with breast cancer. While I remain committed to my patients and my passion for providing personalized, compassionate healthcare, this journey will require me to travel frequently to MD Anderson Cancer Center for appointments, treatments, and follow-up care.
Because I believe every patient deserves timely, attentive, and high-quality care, I have made the difficult decision to temporarily stop accepting new patients. I never want to provide anything less than the level of care my patients deserve, and at this time, I cannot make that commitment to new individuals while focusing on my health.
To those who have reached out seeking care and whom I have had to turn away, I sincerely apologize. I know how disappointing that may be, and I truly appreciate your understanding and grace during this season of my life.
To my current patients, thank you for your continued trust, support, kindness, and prayers. Your encouragement means more than words can express. I remain committed to caring for you to the very best of my ability while navigating this journey.
Thank you for your patience, understanding, and support as I focus on healing. I look forward to the day I am able to welcome new patients again.
With gratitude,
Dr. Jennifer Tamez, DNP, APRN, FNP-C
