One of the biggest myths in menopause care is that you have to wait until you have gone 12 full months without a period before you can start HRT.
That is just not true.
If you are in perimenopause and having symptoms, that is the conversation. Not whether you have hit an arbitrary timeline yet. Too many women are told to wait, suffer longer, and second guess what they are feeling when support is already needed.
