👤 William Watkins – William is a retired postal worker who brings years of work experience, work ethic, a great sense of humor, and a kind heart to our team. When he’s not working, he enjoys fishing and spending time with his friends.

👤 Connie Davis – Connie serves as a preacher on Sundays and has a true heart for people. She enjoys traveling, making memories with her children and grandchildren, and being a supportive friend to those around her.

👤 Andrea Thompson – Andrea enjoys spending time outdoors, making memories with her children, crafting, and attending events and concerts. Her friendly personality and caring nature make her a wonderful part of our team.

Hi! I’m Brenda Thomas, Office Administrator at Navco Testing.

If you’ve visited our office or given us a call, chances are we’ve already met! I’m the friendly face that greets you when you walk through our doors and the voice you’ll often hear on the other end of the phone.

I wear many hats at Navco and enjoy being involved in every aspect of the business. From scheduling appointments and assisting clients to managing accounts payable, securing new contracts, coordinating office operations, performing collections and even running our social page. I’m passionate about helping our clients receive professional, efficient, and confidential service every step of the way.

One of my favorite parts of my job is building relationships with the employers and individuals we serve. I truly enjoy helping our community and being part of a team that values integrity, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.

When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me fishing, traveling, or spending quality time with my family. I love exploring new places, enjoying the outdoors, and making memories with the people I love most.

Jeff has been part of the Navco Testing team for many years as a certified DOT collector. Collecting for Southwest Airlines, Union Pacific and BNSF Railroads. In 2024, he took the next step by purchasing the company, continuing its commitment to providing professional, reliable drug and alcohol testing services to employers and individuals throughout our community.

As owner, Jeff is dedicated to maintaining the trusted reputation Navco Testing has built while continuing to grow and support the businesses we serve.

When he’s not at work, you’ll likely find Jeff fishing, spending time with his friends, trying out local restaurants, or supporting other small businesses in our community.
