Your body has its own language. Most of us were never taught how to read it.
This is what I call your somatic vocabulary: learning to match a sensation to what it's actually asking for, instead of guessing or ignoring it until it gets loud enough to demand attention.
A few signals worth knowing: chest tension often means your nervous system thinks it has to fight something. Sudden stomach issues can mean it's pulled every resource toward survival. Back pain that showed up right when a job started feeling wrong? That's alignment talking.
You don't have to get fluent overnight. Start with one question next time a sensation shows up: is this asking me to move toward something, or away from it?
