Oh my this was so tasty. Michelle and I at The Spice Shack were talking about herb salts today and I decided on salmon for dinner. The top piece was made with a compound butter of lemon, zest, sage rosemary thyme. Left bottom was basil salt, from our garden, lemon, lime, sweet and Italian basil. And bottom right was dill salt from Hine Farms garden. All three were amazing. I thought the dill was the best, he preferred the compound butter as the lemon was mild enough in it. Herbal salts are very easy to make. Use fresh or dried herbs with salt of your preference, we used sea salt. If using fresh you will need to dehydrate the herbs in or out of the salt. Compound butter was a tablespoon lemon juice, zest of one lemon herbs of your choice, preferably fresh with one stick of butter.

We sold out of elderberry syrup kits! And elderberry fire c***r kits! I did manage to get another 10 pounds of elderberry from my Hamilton lady, so as soon as I get these processed, I'll make more kits. Hopefully restocked by the end of the week.
