Come join me for a sound bath, Meditation  this Tuesday, June 16 from 5:45 to 7:00 PM at the Albany public library. 

Unwind and Explore the Unknown through an immersive Sound Bath Meditation. Relax on a yoga mat as calming tones from singing bowls and gongs wash over you, guiding your mind into deep rest and renewed creativity.

This session is designed for adults. Join us on Tuesday, June 16 at the Main Library. Doors will open at 5:45 pm with the meditation starting promptly at 6 p.m. Sorry, no late entries will be allowed.

A limited number of yoga mats will be available to use. Feel free to bring your own if you'd like!
