1. Sign in to your digital Fred Meyer account ( https://www.fredmeyer.com )
2. Once logged in, click on Community Rewards at the bottom of the website
3. Then enter our name (Home Life Inc) or this number - FF090
4. Select Home Life Inc from the list and click Save.

Any transactions moving forward using your Fred Meyer rewards card associated with Home Life will be donated annually to us based on the percentage of spending as it relates to the total spending associated with all participating Fred Meyer Community Rewards organizations.
