Our Shaken Coconut Latte starts with homemade cashew-coconut milk for a rich, creamy base, then combines it with espresso and vanilla bean for a refreshing iced coffee that feels elevated without requiring much effort. Cashews and coconut create a smooth texture, while dates add a touch of natural sweetness. Shaken over ice until frothy and chilled, it’s the kind of latte you’ll want to make on repeat.
