BreakAway Health Corporation is a comprehensive behavioral health agency founded in 1983 in Costa Mesa, California. Originally established as an adult DUI program, BreakAway Health became state-licensed in 1984 as an adolescent intensive outpatient program. Today, we remain as one of the oldest and most respected Partial Hospitalization/Intensive Outpatients in Southern California. Our treatment p

rograms are built on strong family system values and grounded in evidence based therapeutic models proven to be effective in treating substance use and behavioral health disorders. Drawing from decades of professional experience, as well as lived experience in recovery, we have developed a truly unmatched level of care. At BreakAway Health, we believe healing extends beyond the individual to the entire family. Addiction impacts every relationship it touches, often leaving lasting wounds. Our mission is to provide families and individuals with the guidance, support, and tools needed to heal together, rebuild trust, and restore healthy, loving connections.
