☀️ Solar Powered Intention: On a sunny day, close your eyes, feel the sunlight on your skin, and visualize your goals blossoming. Release negative energy by journaling it on a piece of paper and safely burning it outdoors.

🌊 Water Cleansing: Whisper your intentions to a glass of water before drinking and take salt baths to physically wash away stagnant, heavy energy.

🌳 Nature Breaks: Set 10-minute timers to sit under a tree, breathe, and let nature speak to you without your phone.
