We provide quality dance instruction to the youth of Cottage Grove. All mini classes are a shorter in length and the price reflects that. Office hours vary but are typically 3-5pm Monday - Friday

Jazz 2 3-4pm (ages 10+)
Intermediate Modern A 4-5pm(audition only)
Jazz 3 5-6pm(audition only)
Intermediate Modern B 6-7pm (audition only)

Jazz 1 3-4pm (ages 7-10)
Ballet level 3 4-5pm (12

Ballet level 4 / 5 5-6:30pm (audition only)
Beginning Modern 6:30-7:30pm (12+)

Itty Bitty Bop* 3-3:30pm (ages 3-4)
Hip Hop 1 3:30-4:15pm (ages 5-9)
Hip Hop 2 4:15-5:00pm (ages 10-12)
Hip Hop 3 5:00-5:45pm (13+)
Hip Hop 4 5:45-6:30pm (audition only)

Creative Movement* 1:30-2pm (ages 3-4)
Junior Jazz* 2-2:30pm (ages 5-6)
Pre Ballet 2:30-3:15pm (ages 5-6)
Flex - 3:15-4pm (level 3+ and required for pointe dancers)
Ballet Technique 4-5pm (level 3+ and required for pointe dancers)

For those who registered this weekend for dance classes… Don’t worry! I’ll be back in the office today and send out invoices. I needed some time away from the computer this weekend. All registrations are timestamped and I’ll get to them in order this afternoon when I’m ready to be back at a computer

Pro tip - A director will cast you in a show over another dancer / actor even if you aren't as skilled, simply because you are easier to work with.

Upper level auditions are being held on Saturday, August 1. The schedule is below

Please note that auditions are open to auditioners only.

The greeting at 10 o’clock is a great opportunity to hear expectations. Dancers can then warm up in the back room. Or you may show up anytime prior to your audition time and warm-up on your own.

Campers this week have experienced ballet, flex, yoga, contemporary, modern, musical theater… And tomorrow they’ll be doing Line dancing and hip-hop!

It’s such a fun week with a variety of styles. Thank you to our staff who has made such an incredible experience for these dancers this week.

Miss Kenady, Miss Skyann & I were all emotional watching you move with joy and bring so much enjoyment to those watching.

The work dance teachers do can be hard, and you reminded us last night that's it worth it!

I’m having an allergic reaction to a wasp sting and don’t want the heat to agitate it.
