And sometimes life puts you in a position where you have no choice but to practice what you preach. โค๏ธ

Tomorrow, Iโ€™ll undergo major surgery as part of my journey with stage 4 ovarian cancer.

This year has taught me so much about slowing down, setting boundaries, asking for help, and letting people show up for me.

This month has been personal for me. I know firsthand how important it is to pay attention to changes in your body, know the symptoms, ask questions, and advocate for yourself.

Through Mind the Crown, I wanted to turn awareness into action too. 2026 was supposed to be my big year.

I was ready to grow Mind the Crown, add coaching, make more money, and finally have the business really pay me.

Then cancer changed the plan.

Now I have a whole GoFundMe, Iโ€™ve had to slow down, accept help, and rethink what success even means.

Some days, thatโ€™s hard to sit with.

But Iโ€™m learning success can also look like protecting your peace, adjusting the plan, and still finding a way to keep building.
