Ready to move your body? Join our Intermediate+ to Advanced Adult Dance Class starting Thursday, May 14th!

🕗 Class Time:
Thursdays 8:00–9:00 PM
➡️ Beginning in June: 7:30–8:30 PM

💃 Multi-Genre Monthly Rotation:
Week 1: Jazz
Week 2: Contemporary
Week 3: Hip-Hop / Jazz Funk
Week 4: Heels (heels optional—come as you are!)

In April, life begins to feel more settled. The Spring shift that started in March is in motion. And now we're just living in it.

The days are longer. There's more light and things feel a little more active without having to force it. This is a month of following through. Whatever you started revisiting in March... April is where you stick with it long enough to see if it works.

Not everything needs to be perfect or fully formed. But it does need your attention. You'll start to notice pretty quickly what feels natural and what still feels like a stretch, and that is useful. Some things will move forward easily. And some won't.

You don't need to overthink it. Just pay attention to what's gaining traction and what keeps stalling out.

April is about starting new things. And also about committing to what you've already put in motion. This is where we plant the seeds we've collected over the winter. It's where we show up consistently, even when it feels a little repetitive or uneventful.

Keep it simple and do what you said you would do. Let the month show you what's worth continuing and what you can let go of. 🌼
