HOW TO ARRANGE YOUR DELIVERY FROM COUDERSPORT PHARMACY — STEP-BY-STEP

1. Call Coudersport Pharmacy at 814-738-8383.
2. Tell the staff your full name and date of birth so we can locate your record.
3. Provide the prescription numbers or the drug names for each medication you want delivered.
4. Establish a delivery date. You and the pharmacy employee will agree on a delivery day (Mon–Fri)
• There will be NO same day delivery due to our delivery driver leaving first thing in the morning
• To make Next Day delivery you will need to have your delivery request into the pharmacy by 2pm*
*(Note: If your medication is a special order or we do not have the full supply of your medication in stock, delivery will be delayed until the item is available)
5. Arrange payment at that time. We prefer one of these options:
• Pre-payment by phone using credit, debit, or HSA card (recommended).
• Or verify the total due over the phone so you can bring a check on the delivery day.
• If cash is the only option, please have exact change - our drivers do not carry cash for safety reasons.
6. Confirm the delivery details on the call. Make sure you have:
• The delivery date, and the total amount due.
• There will not be a second confirmation call, so write these down or save them in your phone.
7. Expect delivery on the agreed day. If anything changes (stock issues, etc.), we will notify you.
8. If you miss your pickup date/time, please be advised your delivery will go back to the same delivery site for up to an additional 5 days before we reverse out your prescription.

TO THE GALETON COMMUNITY:
We are sad to announce the closing of Galeton Drug Store effective February 13th. We know the store and its staff have served the community for many years.

Pharmacies are closing at a rate of 1 store/day in PA and without legislative change that trend will continue.

Please know that we understand how vital pharmacy services are to a community. We are committed to providing outstanding care to Galeton, hopefully with some familiar faces along the way. We’re excited to serve you and look forward to getting to know you.

* All prescription records will be transferred to Coudersport Pharmacy

* Starting February 16th, Coudersport Pharmacy will begin daily delivery services (Mon-Fri) to Galeton and surrounding areas.

* Coudersport Pharmacy phone # is (814)738-8383, Open Mon-Fri 9 AM-6 PM / Sat 9 AM-1 PM

* Coudersport Pharmacy offers a full line of Brand and Generic medications, including GLP1 and some brand name medications that may not have been available locally before the transition.

* We anticipate a high call volume initially, so we ask for your kindness and patience as we try to meet the needs of our communities.

* If your prescription is low on refills, please call your physician and have them electronically send us new refills. We will keep them on file in our system until you need them.
