Cheers to 2 years in Texas and moving to Decatur!
I wanted to be able to offer residents in Decatur, Texas the opportunity to get their horse started while I have some time and before winter hits.

I average 25 treatments a week, which means I average 100 treatments a month. That’s 100 times I handle/work with horses that aren’t mine each month. I handle more horses a month than a majority of people will in their lifetime. Most professionals in the equine industry do. So please be kind to your equine professionals, we deal with a lot of horses, a lot of different personalities and levels of training, so having your horse ready on time, having a safe and sheltered spot for us to work in, ensuring to warn us of any behavioral issues, and paying your invoices on time, is the bare minimum to let us know that you appreciate our time and expertise in this industry.

Listen to your equine professional, I’m not saying we know everything, none of us do, but likely we’ve had more schooling, interning, and experience in the field than you, it’s why you’re hiring us, so have good conversation, ask questions, but listen with intention (this all pending you hire someone legit). All of my clients that do the “extra” that I suggest doing in between treatments get much better results than those that ignore the suggestions.

Working outside everyday in the elements is hard work, but adding that we work with animals that can react to the smallest of things makes it more challenging. Yes, we chose this profession, but it does not mean that we have to deal with behavioral and fundamental issues that your horse has due to lack of training. We should not be put in danger period. Do the work and proper training to ensure your horse can be worked on and handled by professionals. Set your horse and us up for success! Thank you ❤️

Such a great write up! Research on who you are paying/allowing to work on your horses!!

My goal with my social media pages is to share the successes of the horses I’ve worked on as well as provide readily available education to their owners. As you can guess, Texas is the wild west in terms of people saying they’re certified to do something when 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐲’𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭. Anyone and everyone can call themselves a 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫, 𝐅𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐫, 𝐄𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐭, 𝐀𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐩𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐬𝐭 etc. and it leaves the actual accredited professionals in these lines of work to prove themselves and be able to provide easily accessible information about and of their, corresponding certifications.
In the Acuscope therapy side, you can find these people in the fine print. For example, someone using 𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐠𝐞𝐥, 𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐭𝐚𝐩𝐞, 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐨-𝐀𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐩𝐞/𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐨-𝐌𝐲𝐨𝐩𝐮𝐥𝐬𝐞 “𝐌𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬”, 𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 etc. which is going outside of the manufacturers guidelines that are necessary for providing the most optimal and 𝐬𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭 care for your horse. When paying for a service using your 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐲, make sure you do your research, ask questions, ask for the 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐧𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 of their equipment(and try and make sure they didn’t use someone else’s serial number) to call the manufacturer yourself and make sure they’re in good standing.

I will continue posting information to my page that I would’ve needed to further my research in this therapy modality when I was initially looking into it.
