Our unit has been asked to provide gifts to seniors at the Rockdale Health Center. We need 102 seniors sponsored. Your gift of $10 provides a hand cream, mint energizing leg cream or lip balm with a pair of cozy slipper socks to a resident who may not receive any other gifts this holiday season. Won't you give generously and support this worthwhile cause? This is not a profit making project but is a gift to our community, but we can't do it alone. Please help. September is Ovarian cancer Awareness month. 22,000 women will be diagnosed this year and 16,000 will die. Luckily, by the grace of God I was one of the 6,000 that survived and I am celebrating 10 years free from Ovarian Cancer. I remember every second, every minute, every hour, and every prayer during that dreaded chemotherapy. Please help me as I give back to the women who are going through chemo now. Let me know if you are willing to help out! I will be making the delivery the first week of October.
