Meet Ilham Ouchchach, LMT

Ilham Ouchchach is a Licensed Massage Therapist whose work is rooted in compassion, resilience, and a deep belief in the body’s innate ability to heal.
Ilham brings a unique blend of professionalism, compassion, and life experience to her work. Originally from Morocco and with a background in business leadership, she understands both the demands of modern life and the importance of creating space for healing, restoration, and meaningful human connection.
Rather than focusing solely on muscles Ilham was drawn to the therapeutic and clinical side of bodywork. She believes healing begins when people feel truly seen, heard, and supported. Her approach combines skilled touch with genuine presence, creating a safe environment where clients can relax, reconnect with their bodies, and experience lasting relief.
Today, Ilham serves as an Oncology Massage Therapist with the Integrative Oncology Program at St. Elizabeth Yung Family Cancer Center, working collaboratively with healthcare providers and Cancer Family Care to support individuals throughout cancer treatment, recovery, and survivorship. Through specialized oncology massage, she helps patients safely manage fatigue, stress, anxiety, pain, sleep disturbances, and emotional overwhelm, while creating a nurturing space where they can feel seen, supported, and cared for. She is honored to be part of a multidisciplinary approach to cancer care that addresses not only physical symptoms but the emotional and psychological well-being of each patient.
In addition to her oncology work, Ilham is trained in Myo-Somatic Bodywork and incorporates Craniosacral Therapy-informed principles into her work, recognizing the profound connection between the body, nervous system, and overall well-being.
While traditional massage often focuses primarily on muscles and physical tension, Myo- Somatic Bodywork explores how stress, trauma, emotions, and life experiences can become reflected in the body’s tissues and movement patterns. Through slow, intentional touch, fascial work, nervous system regulation, and mindful awareness, Ilham helps clients release long-held tension, improve body awareness, and reconnect with a greater sense of ease and balance.
Many clients come seeking relief from chronic pain, tension, burnout, anxiety, or a feeling of being “stuck” in their bodies. By listening to the body’s stories rather than forcing change, Ilham creates a space where deeper healing and lasting transformation can occur.
Her work is especially meaningful for individuals navigating major life transitions, caregiving, trauma recovery, chronic stress, or the emotional impact of illness. Clients often describe her work as nurturing, grounding, and profoundly renewing.
Known for her intuitive touch and calming presence, Ilham blends oncology massage, myofascial techniques, somatic awareness, and nervous system-focused care to create sessions that are both therapeutic and deeply restorative, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs.
