Ainsley’s Angels in Greater New Orleans kicked off our Fall racing season with so many heroes at the Never Forget 5K in Covington! It was a hot one with 100% humidity but our duo teams rolled with it. 💁‍♀️ Thank you to all our runners who lent their legs and to all our riders who joined us this morning! Can’t wait to do it again real soon! 💕

SHOUT OUT to Tire Choice Automotive Center off Evangeline Thwy in Lafayette, LA!! Headed home from Spread Your Wings in MS and had a valve stem leak on Legacy, forcing McGee to put on the spare tire which blew out after an hour on road. Made it to Tire Choice and they had valve stem replaced in under 15 minutes!! Super nice crew!

On Tuesday evening, we were honored to attend the Covington City Council meeting to accept an incredible $2,000 donation from our amazing partners at the Covington Family YMCA!

This support means the world to us as we continue the mission of Ainsley’s Angels in Greater New Orleans

A massive thank you to all the volunteers (especially Donna Dauterive Johnston and Artie Johnston for taking the lead) and runners who showed up and showed out at Four on the Fourth—you made this possible!

An extra special evening at the Power Mile this year as Ainsley’s Angels debuted the Power Miler Track Club AAA chariot. We love partnering with Ainsley’s Angels and supporting their mission of inclusion without limitations across Greater New Orleans!

“ALL-TERRAIN WEEKEND”
I truly have no words from this weekend that can help me feel the way I do. The outpouring of love, dedication, determination, and smiles that was shared this weekend was truly phenomenal!! Our athletes had the opportunity to experience a ride on multiple side by side ATV’s. They ranged from normal ones, enclosed, fancy paint jobs, air conditioned, sound systems and large ones with 60” tires!!! Their expressions brought me to tears once we opened the doors to the first group of riders. They laughed, giggled, screamed, jumped, clapped, pointed, and showed their excitement to their drivers. This was one of my favorite moments from this weekend.I want to personally thank all our sponsors and volunteers. Without you, this event would not have happened.
